THE STATE is scheduled to place 11 properties belonging to Jamaat-al-Muslimeen leader Imam Yasin Abu Bakr and his second-in-command Kala Aki Bua on the auction block today. Abu Bakr led a group of 114 insurrectionists in an attempted coup on July 27, 1990.

World Bank giving US$55m to Haiti
